As a former powerlifter and professional wrestler, Mark has successfully squatted 1,080lbs and bench pressed 854lbs in lifting gear as well as bench pressed 578lbs unequipped. Mark holds many patents and trademarks over the years during his unconventional methods of becoming a Meathead Millionaire. Mark is a father of 2 and lives in Woodland, California, and has been married for 20 years to his wife Andee Bell. He is the inventor of the Sling Shot, which has been bought or tried out by athletes, coaches and lifters all over the world. He is co-founder of a magazine called Power with his wife Andee which is a bi-monthly magazine. He is the owner of The Strongest Gym In The West Super Training. He has the highest total in the history of California. His best total is 2601 at 275.
