#35 Dr. Olli Sovijärvi: What Is Biohacking?

“The golden rule with me, the company, and Finnish biohackers, in general, is to balance in the middle with trying stuff between science and nature. Try different things to see if it works for you. Stuff with a science backing is great and always an easy first choice but also often the scientific study starts after people find something that is getting results.”

Dr. Olli Sovijärvi (author of Biohackers Handbook) and I discuss the many elements of biohacking including sleep, nutrition, stress management, and optimal recovery. He explains in practical terms what can easily be adopted by anyone to start improving their habits and take control of their personal health journey.

Find Olli Sovijärvi online at his book’s website biohackingbook.com, Biohackers Summit on Facebook, and on Instagram @ollisovijarvi
