Started a #ketogenicdiet in December 2018. After feeling constantly bloated he decided to focus on consuming more fats and eliminating vegetables. In March of 2019, he went full OMAD #carnivore. Typically consumes 1-1.5 pounds of meat, mainly ribeye or New York strip. Also eats some fish.
Eats one meal a day, a type of intermittent fasting (#OMAD).
Started working out in June 2019, walking for an hour at 5am (fasted), and after 2 months he incorporated weight training 3 times a week.
