- Fasting:

Fasts from 6 pm - 1 pm the next day. Also does monthly extended fasts ranging from 33 to 48 hours in duration. ⁣

- Health problems resolved:

-- Weight-loss: 50lbs⁣
-- Reduction in cellulite ⁣
-- Completely cured anxiety that she had had since childhood - No more bloating or reactions to food⁣
-- No more emotional/binge eating

This is @carni4me's transformation. She's 34 years old.⁣

People might say that these kind of results are due to fasting. That’s just not true. Calorie restriction does NOT limit cravings and calorie restriction with cravings is miserable. Being on a ketogenic carnivorous diet like the lion diet eliminates cravings after about 6 weeks. This isn’t due to fasting. “Science” will catch up eventually. Although jokes on you, these experiences people have (including me) are more scientific than the studies you read. ???? Be skeptical of everything you see. Including what I post.
