Lifestyle Changes:

- Diet:

Started carnivore, then switched to ketogenic and then back to carnivore beginning in April 2019. Justin has been solely carnivore for the past 80 days. An average day of eating includes beef, eggs, bacon and black cold brew coffee. ⁠⁣

- Fasting:

Intermittent fasts when he feels like it. ⁠⁣

- Exercise:

Has increased his frequency of workouts from 4 days a week (prior to carnivore) to 5 days a week. ⁠⁣

- Time on Diet: 8 months.⁠⁣

- Health problems resolved:

-- Weight loss: Has not weighed himself because weight loss was not the reason why he began this way of eating. However, he has lost weight and has gained a significant amount of muscle as a result of his diet change.⁠⁣
-- Resolved depression⁠. ⁣
-- Resolved ADHD⁠. ⁣
-- Resolved anxiety and panic disorder. Suffered from an intense anxiety episode for 6 months straight until implementing the diet⁠. ⁣
-- Resolved gut issues. Before carnivore, some days Justin would experience debilitating stomach pain. ⁠⁣
-- Resolved fatigue⁠. ⁣
-- Resolve arthritic flare-ups.⁠⁣
-- Increased muscle mass⁠. ⁣
-- No longer feels permanently injured. Prior to carnivore, he felt it necessary to scrape together money to visit the chiropractor, get massages or do cryotherapy. ⁠⁣
