Started a ketogenic diet March 2018, and slowly transitioned to carnivore by January 2019. He has since eliminated down to the #liondiet. His diet now consists of only beef, salt and water. An average day of eating consists of a pound of ground beef, electrolyte mix, 1.5lb ribeye, and beef jerky.
Fasts for about 20 hours a day and eats within a 4-hour window. On off days he will eat throughout the day.
30 minutes of exercise 5 times per week. Does a mixture of yoga, running and callisthenics.
- Time on Diet: Keto for 10 months, carnivore diet a year.

-- Full control of emotions (stabilized during carnivore, the significant improvement was seen once on the lion diet)
-- Sleep improvement (able to fall asleep and stay asleep, easier to wake up in the morning)
-- Depression/ anxiety gone (some improvement on carnivore, significant improvement once transitioned to lion diet)
-- Improvement of skin elasticity
-- Blood flow issues resolved
-- Resolved hair loss issues, and hair has begun growing back!!
-- IBS improved
-- Teeth sensitivity disappeared
-- Dramatic improvement of acid reflux
