Lifestyle Changes:

- Diet:

Started a carnivore diet in April 2018.

- Fasting:

Does intermittent fasting. Usually fasts until dinner most days and eats between 6 and 7 pm. Will snack on jerky that he makes himself.

- Exercise:

Started working out one month into this way of eating. Began mainly with callisthenics. Now does 4-5 days a week of weight training and cardio.

- Time on Diet: 1.5 years⁠

- Health problems resolved:

-- Weight loss: 45lbs (240 - 195lbs)⁠⠀

-- Resolved anxiety⁠⠀
-- Greatly minimized joint pain⁠⠀
