Started a carnivore diet February 2019. 75% of his diet consists of beef, salt, and water. 25% consists of chicken, pork, fish, and eggs.
Eats one meal a day (OMAD) – a type of intermittent fasting. Participates in extended fasts once per month for 3-4 days.
Began exercising in March 2019 after one month on the carnivore diet due to symptom relief and increased energy levels. Brian now does 15-30 minutes of bodyweight exercises daily.
- Time on Diet: 10 months.
- Health problems resolved:
-- Weight loss: lost 25lbs (185lbs to 160lbs).
