    Just finished listening to the podcast. fascinating! thanks so much for that. The only questions that came up for me, as such, is sort of a forward looking thought on what you’re eating. You started out eating just meat, but have noticed increasing fat consumption. This makes sense as your energy source is now fat (endogenous or exogenous). I think you will probably come to eating ore animal parts like organ meat (especially for your baby?) eyes, brain?, etc. Not sure, but i think you’re eating bone broth, non? Just wondering if you’ve thought ahead on this issue, and may be experimenting with eating foods our ‘culture’ considers ‘icky’?
