Great interview! Saw it yesterday & it alerted me to this “all meat diet” right when I’m 3 weeks in on the Keto Diet, lol. Have some questions about other foods though…What about incorporating eggs into the all protein thing? Or Olives? I’m trying to cut out as many carbs as possible while still eating some heart-healthy fats.

I had a bad reaction to eggs and olives so all I do is meat and I’m a-okay. It’s basically the ultimate elimination diet. For people not as sensitive as me, they could try all meat and then reintroduce eggs or whatever they wanted to try after the first 4-6 weeks

I watched your Dad’s excellent interview with JPD last night and my family are now considering the Carnivore Diet or something as close as is necessary to address our health issues. Your Dad mentioned that you had come across a paper that suggests the Carnivore Diet may have some benefit with respect to Type 1 Diabetes. Can you provide a link or reference to the study?

    Thank you Ian

One size fits all diets may not be the solution to everything. Dr. Peter D’Adamo has some interesting information that I believe is headed in the right direction. Gut flora and blood types, FUT2 ( or secretor status) — genetics his OPUS 23 combined with your personal genetic data. The future of diets that create lifelong health. Curious minds – are essential.
