Seriously. I’ve been taking this since I was binge drinking in University, you can go to their website and look at the studies on rats. If it works on rats, it works on me.

I take 2 pills per 3 drinks.

If you’re in Canada:

Or if you’re in the states you can go here for the ones I’ve tried.

These completely remove nausea associated with a hangover. They apparently stop liver and brain damage as well (which is especially important for women, as alcohol is particularly hard on them), give it a try! Seriously. They also have a money back guarantee on the site! Haven’t used it, but it probably works. When I started the diet, my stomach got a lot more sensitive and my hangovers got way worse. These are life-saving

Here are some studies that back the product up!

Remember the only alcohols that don’t have extra stuff added are vodka (unflavoured), bourbon and American “straight” whiskey. There may be other whiskeys that don’t have colour added, but you’d have to email the company to find out.

EDITED: Their other product “Dycetin” makes me react. One of the fillers in it croscarmellose sodium I believe is the problem. Their original dihydromyricetin is excellent though!

UPDATE 2018: Currently on the zero carb diet and these pills make me react. Minorly, but I do get itchy legs and a sore back and a bit of a mood dip. It’s not the alcohol that was giving me a minor reaction it was these pills. They do work extremely well for hangovers but now I’m just taking a tablespoon of activated charcoal when I get home. Not as effective, but I don’t react to it.

It’s been 6 years since I could have a drink. I wonder if this might help. I feel a test coming on, thanks for this!

    • Mikhaila on November 7, 2017 at 1:05 pm

Do it! Let me know how it goes.

      • Roger Elliott on November 7, 2017 at 2:11 pm

Is it allowable, do you think, to go out and purchase a bottle of Grey Goose, solely for the purpose of the test?

        • Mikhaila on November 9, 2017 at 11:49 am

I think so… yes 🙂 But seriously, Ciroc (original), tastes so much better.

I’m not having much luck getting my hands on this stuff over here in the UK. The EU probably banned it. Looks like I’m going to have to get some shipped over. Some may think that’s too much effort just for a drink. Some may need to try 6 years without one.

    • Mikhaila on November 10, 2017 at 2:12 pm

Does ship to the UK? I can’t ship the stuff off of amazon to Canada either so I order directly from them. I just got the dycetin they offer (which is a stronger version of the stuff I used to take). I’m going to test it out Saturday. If you want to wait until Sunday to order it, I’ll let you know which one I find more effective.

      • Roger Elliott on November 11, 2017 at 7:56 am

Well er… yeah… dur… they do! So yes, I’ll wait until your ‘experiment’ is complete and purchase accordingly. Don’t go crazy now!

      • Mikhaila on November 28, 2017 at 1:08 pm

Turns out Dycetin makes me react. Their original formula works excellently though!

        • Roger Elliott on November 28, 2017 at 1:50 pm

Acht, I hope it wasn’t too bad. I’ve got a bottle of the original, just waiting for a clear day (after) to give it a try. Wish me luck!

          • Mikhaila on November 29, 2017 at 6:01 pm

Good luck! Make sure you take 2 per 3 drinks!

Dihydromyricetin is excellent! A real life saver for those days you need to get stuff done and maybe had a few too many the previous evening.

I’ve found another product Sobur works better for me — it has the same ingredient (DHM) in but also has a few other vitamins to replenish those alcohol uses a lot of. It’s available on Amazon, and I’d highly recommend it if you can tolerate it.

As for buying it in Europe, I believe is based in the EU though not quite as big as DHMDepot. I’ve used them before as well and they’re great.

Hi Guys/Girls, anyone a clue why this product is banned in the EU? I tried to order through several websites , they all wouldnt let me ship to my location (Belgium). Then last week a have put an order through but so far no response neither reply on a ticket to them.
