The food pyramid is a lie, meat fat is good for you, and many (if not most) health problems are treatable with diet alone. I'm in remission from severe arthritis (multiple joints replaced), chronic fatigue, depression and a plethora of other symptoms from changing how I eat. I am on day 9 of the low carb diet. I’m following Mikhaila’s list. I know I’m supposed to feel awful at first, but I have been sicker than before I started this diet. I’ve had major flare ups and migraines the past week along with normal “Keto Flu” symptoms. Today, I threw up everything that was on my stomach. Is there something I can change to not be so sick while transitioning into this diet? Not to mention, is there something I can do that is safe for the diet that can replenish any nutrients that I vomited up? Any advice is appreciated! It is very hard to keep on the diet with being this sick.
