I'm in remission from severe arthritis (multiple joints replaced), chronic fatigue, depression and a plethora of other symptoms from changing how I eat. I am on day 9 of the low carb diet. I’m following Mikhaila’s list. I know I’m supposed to feel awful at first, but I have been sicker than before I started this diet. I’ve had major flare ups and migraines the past week along with normal “Keto Flu” symptoms. Today, I threw up everything that was on my stomach. Is there something I can change to not be so sick while transitioning into this diet? Not to mention, is there something I can do that is safe for the diet that can replenish any nutrients that I vomited up? Any advice is appreciated! It is very hard to keep on the diet with being this sick.
