The food pyramid is a lie, meat fat is good for you, and many (if not most) health problems are treatable with diet alone. I'm in remission from severe arthritis (multiple joints replaced), chronic fatigue, depression and a plethora of other symptoms from changing how I eat. I added in cod liver oil to my diet last week and its been an immediate success, the best way to describe it is a feeling of good well being after I take some which I can maybe put down to the vitamin d as I have always suspected I was deficient because my health always gets worse in the winter. Also my skin looks much better. Since being on the carnivore diet every time I tried to introduce something different to my diet it didn’t go well
