“I´m a 30-year-old male, I had all kinds of health issues in my life. Asthma and a pollen allergy, a tendency to injuries and cancer when I was 16. In the last few years, I had problems with stiff joints, circulation, depression, and anxiety. Anxiety and a tendency to depression is also a lifelong issue for me.
I started to eat more meat when I stumbled upon Mikhaila’s blog at the beginning of January. I don´t follow the diet 100%, every now and then I eat a little bit of fruit or even something like a piece of cake. However, I still think that the improvements through this diet are quite amazing.
So, what has improved:
– I couldn’t do many sports because after a few minutes I would get a very strong headache and problems with my circulation. This is gone most of the time
– My joints are much looser and my muscles are much more relaxed. probably the reason why I don´t get the headaches anymore
– I had a lot of problems with anxiety my whole life. I was always afraid to make mistakes to disturb people. However, I´m working as a salesman in a wine store, something I couldn´t imagine doing before. I also participated in a small dance show with a hip-hop group I´m participating in.
– My mood improved a lot. I had a lot of problems with depression in my life. Especially the last two years. However, my mood is improving more and more in the last few months since I changed my diet.
So, I’m really looking forward to the next few months and how my life might change further down the road.
