I was invited to speak at Low Carb Denver 2019, and I’m super excited. I’ll be at the Carnivore Conference March 7, and Low Carb Denver Thursday evening (March 8) and Friday (March 9). After that, I need to fly home to my little one. The conference goes on until March 10th though! Again, like I said in my carnivore conference blog post, these events are a great way to meet people and feel less alone. They’re pretty fun, although I can’t imagine Denver in March is any better than Canada in March… I’m sure the people make up for it though!

It’s filled with great speakers but does have some overlap with the carnivore conference.

This is the list of speakers and topics so far (not including me):

I’m hoping for some positive news about type 1 diabetes. My wife has it for 30 years now and the only thing that has changed over the last 20 years is the size of the insulinepump.. She has actually higher bloodsugars on a very low carb diet (0-30 grams) then on a low carb diet (30-50 grams) and her body seems to react good to whole grains (I know, they are the devil). I’m very interested about the relationship between insuline and ketones en vice versa.
