Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas everyone! I hope everyone is doing great and not overloading themselves on gluten…

First, thanks everyone for the continued support. It’s great to see all the comments and interest.

Thank you so much to the people on Patreon! It’s incredibly encouraging and definitely makes me feel better about spending time on this blog.

If I don’t get to your comment here, it’s because I’m overloaded, I’ll try to get to it eventually! Or try to ask again.

If I don’t respond to an email, try emailing me again (just forward it or something). I’m absolutely swamped with work and living and having a baby!

Overall everything is going great though. My little family is doing well, and Dad’s the happiest he’s ever been (December is usually an extremely low month – probably because of all the sweets). I’m still trying to pinpoint the underlying cause of all these sensitivities, but I’ll figure it out eventually.

    Mikhaila, you are definitely in the time of life that requires an almost constant expenditure of energy. I pray that your diet keeps you healthy and energized and maybe eventually you’ll be able to eat a wider variety of foods(?) I couldn’t eat cucumbers (one of my faves) for so many years, but recently I had some and was okay. I think quitting alcohol 3 years ago went a long way toward letting my gut mend. God bless you and your growing family! I have 3 grand daughters now and can just imagine how much fun your mom & dad are having with their new role. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

      I’m hoping I can eat a wider variety of food too. I miss foods. I’m hoping maybe I’ll be able to tolerate more once I stop breastfeeding?

    My skin rash may not be food related after all !!! I’ve to go for biopsy jan2nd !! Pray it’s nothing serious and is in fact gluten or psoriasis or something simple like that xxx

      Praying for you. Even if it comes up as something more serious, try the food changes anyway. I always had serious diagnoses and it was still food. Good luck!

    Me and my sister were excited to hear about your baby. Finally had the pleasure to see her, so CUTE! <3

    Your blog is a great source for me -a not very well-versed with scientific papers-, and I was encouraged to turn my theories into action and start paying attention to my diet. So far I'm doing good on having a light breakfast that is basic. I'm tracking my headache and fatigue, hopefully, I can provide some input.

    Hey Mikhaila,
    Your blog is quite interesting, great to hear pops is doing good aswell.
    Sweets are sooooooo awful, I can’t imagine giving to to my nephew, might aswell give him cigarettes lol
