The youtube video with Gary from Biohackers was great; thanks for the heads up! I could identify with the feeling of not being able to eat anymore, when just eating meat, compared to feeling stuffed, but could eat more (when eating carbs). I have suspected for a couple of years now, that after just eating meat, and feeling my BEST ever, might be the best lifestyle for me (going to give it a go again, and this time I don’t care what anyone thinks! :-)).

I was specifically “looking” if you would mention salt in any way because i just noticed how much i seem to need as somebody who is exercising a lot, drinking a ton of water and drinking obscene amounts of coffee (which depletes salt). You did not only mention it but you even seemed to want to reinforce it’s importance. Anyway, i am just very happy that i might have figured everything out now with the help of people like you.
