Hi everyone! New here! I just found Mikayla on YouTube and am intrigued by the diet and it’s benefits. I also have been on the Keto diet but still have joint pain, itching, fatigue and other issues. My biggest issue is fatigue with eating low carb. I went fown to 10 carbs a day to lose weight and my energy tanked. Had to take an MCT expensive supplement to make it through the day. Any suggestions on the no carbs of this diet? Does the fatigue go away eventually?
