    Yours is a peculiar immunological story, full of bacterial toxins and all, However…You have it figured it all out now. This Is good. What more can you do that doesn’t require expensive diagnostics and a knowledge of what else to look for? Which would probably lead to the same solution you’ve already found.

    Any further Ideas are a waste of Time that you could spend with your daughter teaching her the things you value, any interesting skills or whatever you might have to show her.

      I somehow had judgmental expectations for her to be a daughter clone of her father. Maybe that would be boring to hearing everything twice. Turns out being herself, not trying to impress anyone is interesting in its own sincerity. Only smiling if she wants to, or not smiling at all, gaining weight too would still be good.

  2. Very interesting journey you’ve been on mikhaila, I am happy you have figured out what foods are causing you so much distress, mentally and physically. I hope I can figure out what my triggers are because I’m so tired of…well, being tired…and puffy…and itchy…and bloated…ad nauseum!!! Thanks for writing. I’m looking forward to your insights!

      Great first Video. Started low carbs in June of 18, had good sucsess for two months and dropped 15 pounds. Then hit a wall and stagnated. Now November will eliminate other things to see what happens. Also, Big Fan of Jordon, now I’m reading your blog. Keep up the good work.

    I’m so glad for you and your family really been thrived with this diet. I’m 100% convince that meat is the healthiest food on heart and than plants are either medecine either poison. I have a question though:
    are you familiar with the work of Natacha Cambell Mcbrid?
    I think she has a lot to offer considering she’ s been healing people with all sort of autoimune disease and mental disorder like autism with a meat based diet; She also wrote a book called “vegeterianism explained” where she talks about why it’s a dangerous diet and can only be used for a short period of time, it’s just like a cleanse for a week or two and then you have to feed you body with proper food “meat and diaries”(for those who tolerate it). considering Many vegans out there are in fury right now because they are seeing many of them cancelling there veganism because of terrible health issues. I think after your body and brain will heal, you be able to add some food even some good carb in small amount with proper preparation. because ther’s no reason for a healthy body to not handle those.
    have you ever tried bone broth? it’s a really healer for the gut and highly tolerable.
